A: Yes. VIP Concrete is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for commercial and residential work throughout Nevada.
A: We work throughout Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding communities. Some projects outside those areas may be considered.
A: Yes! We provide free on-site estimates and walk-throughs to ensure accurate pricing for every project.
Project Prep & Timeline
A: In most cases, we can begin within 1–3 business days, depending on materials and scheduling
A: We’ll guide you through site prep, but generally, remove personal items and ensure access to the area. For commercial jobs, clear work zones and coordinate with property staff.
A: We can assist with the permit process if required, or work with your GC or site manager to ensure everything is handled properly.
Sealing, Maintenance & Aftercare
A: We recommend no foot traffic for 48–72 hours and no parked vehicles for 7 days after sealing.
A: With proper sealing and care, your finish will last for years. UV, weather, and traffic can cause wear, which is why we offer maintenance options.
A: We suggest resealing every 2–3 years for high-traffic areas, or sooner if you notice dulling or surface wear.
A: Light cleaning with water and a neutral pH cleaner is best. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washing at high settings.
