Concrete Resurfacing in Las Vegas — Overlays for Driveways, Walkways & Patios

Stained, faded, or patchy concrete? Resurfacing resets the look without a full tear-out. We mechanically prep, repair cracks/spalls, then install a polymer-modified overlay across the surface for a clean, uniform finish that lifts curb appeal and keeps projects on budget.
Serving Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Summerlin.

Before & After — Concrete Resurfacing

This project started with heavy staining and patchy color. After mechanical prep, targeted repairs, and a full resurfacing overlay, the surface now reads as one cohesive finish—no demo needed.

Why Resurface Instead of Replace?

Resurfacing gives you a fresh, cohesive look with less cost, mess, and downtime than demolition and repour.

  • Save time & budget vs. demo/repour

  • Cover stains & mismatched patches for a cohesive look

  • Less disruption to landscaping and entryways

Where Resurfacing Works Best

Ideal when the concrete is structurally sound but cosmetically tired.

  • Driveways — oil stains, UV fade, patchy color

  • Walkways & Sidewalks — cosmetic wear, light spalling

  • Patios — blend old patches and aged slabs

  • Pool Decks — cohesive look, optional slip-resist textures

  • (If a surface shows major movement/heaving or subgrade failure, we’ll advise before you commit.)

Finish Options

Choose the finish that fits your space and traction needs. We’ll review texture, color, and maintenance before you approve.

Broom or Smooth

A clean, classic look with practical traction.

Knockdown / Spray-Texture

Great near pools and entries; blends well with outdoor spaces.

Stamped Overlay

Stone/tile looks with pattern and depth—without removing the slab.

Color Options

Integral pigments or stains to shift tone and enhance curb appeal.

Add-Ons

Joint caulk, crack chasing, and sealer (when specified) for protection.

Note: If a project didn’t include sealing, we won’t list it as performed; sealer can be quoted as an option.

Our Resurfacing Process (Fast & Clean)

Every project follows a proven four-step workflow to ensure adhesion, appearance, and durability.

Step 1 — Prep: Grind/clean to create a proper profile and remove contaminants.
Step 2 — Repair: Address cracks, spalls, and low spots as needed.
Step 3 — Resurface: Apply a cementitious/polymer-modified overlay to unify tone and texture.
Step 4 — Cure & Return to Use: Follow manufacturer guidance before vehicle or heavy foot traffic.

FAQ: Concrete Resurfacing

A few quick answers to common questions—ask us anything specific to your property.

Will it cover oil stains?

We mechanically prep and spot-treat stains before the overlay. Deep/active oil may need extra prep; we’ll evaluate on site.

How long does it take?

Most single-area projects take 1–2 days of work, plus cure time before heavy use.

How long does it last?

With solid prep and care, overlays provide years of service. We’ll recommend maintenance based on exposure and traffic.

Can you match exact color/texture?

We aim for a uniform, refreshed look. Due to age and prior conditions, an exact match to untouched areas isn’t guaranteed.
